Baker joins school board
A new Columbia County school board member officially took her seat Tuesday.

Wearing University of Georgia gear, Evan Krenz, 14, built a snowman that he outfitted with University of Tennessee clothing on the diving board at his family's Martinez home Monday. Evan then tackled the snowman into the 39-degree swimming pool. "Here is the wildest stunt of the past two days," said Evan's mother, Nathalie Krenz.
