Less money should have fewer strings
There's been a tremendous shift in the past couple of years in the way different levels of government interact, particularly local entities with the state.

Receiving awards were: Jamal Cummings, most improved offensive back; Tae Miller, most improved defensive back; Stephen Holden, most improved offensive lineman; Terrell Hughes, most improved junior varsity offense; Jaylain Lewis, most improved JV defense; Caleb Turner, most improved defensive line; Chris McElhaney, most improved linebacker; Travon Biggers, most improved wide receiver; and Jessie Maya, most improved special teams player. Coaches awards were presented to D.J. Tyson, Xavier Crain and Devin Linder.
