Harlem officials voted Thursday to change the dates of the monthly city council meetings in January and February because of holidays.

The meetings fall on Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Presidents Day. City Hall also is closed on those holidays.

The meetings, normally held on the third Monday of each month, have been rescheduled for the fourth Monday for the next two months.

A study session starts at 6:30 p.m. with a work session immediately following. All meetings are held at City Hall, 320 N. Louisville St., and are open to the public.
