Tennis lessons

Petersburg Racquet Club will provide free tennis lessons Monday through Wednesday for boys and girls ages 6-16. The lessons run from 12:30-2 p.m. daily. The goal is to teach participants how to play tennis in just three days. For information, visit www.PRCtennis.com or call (706) 860-9288.

Holiday camp

The Greenbrier Baseball Clinic will be held Monday-Tuesday at the school's baseball field and in the indoor hitting facility. The camp for boys in grades 2-8 will run from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. each day. The cost is $75 ($25 for each additional sibling) and includes a camp T-shirt and an autograph session with instructors. Team rates are also available. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Instruction includes agility training, proper throwing technique, fielding fundamentals, defensive positions, hitting mechanics and base running.
