Lawrence Tony Gibson, 31, of the 4000 block of Brownstone Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 9, 2010, and was fined $810.

Nubian Messia Robert Ames, 22, of the 1700 block of Tamarind Avenue in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 4, 2010, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Minnie Ollivette Harris, 43, of the 300 block of Applecross Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 2, 2010, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Stefanie Brigette Padgett, 38, of the 4500 block of Jessie Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 2, 2010, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,249.

Thomas Eugene Franklin, 52, of the 5900 block of Lanatte Lane in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 15, 2010, and was fined $1,224.
