Baker 'is the more qualified candidate' for District 2, will be an advocate

We have known Kristi Baker for years and plan to vote for her as Columbia County District 2 School Board Representative for the following reasons:

- Unlike her opponent, who rents a home and admits that he is new to Columbia County, Baker has been a homeowner - and property tax-payer - in District 2 for 15 years.

- Baker has three children who have attended Martinez Elementary, Evans Middle and Evans High schools.

- Baker has been a volunteer in three Columbia County schools for 12 years, including serving on three school councils, where she assisted in the hiring of four principals and assistant principals.

Clearly, Baker is the more qualified candidate and will be a strong advocate for the students, parents and faculty in District 2.
