The Augusta Jewish Community Center will hold the 2010 Jay Weinberger Matzah Ball Golf Tournament on Oct. 17 at Bartram Trail Golf Club. Registration fee is $100 per player or $400 for a team of four. Registration will start at noon, and a shotgun start will follow at 1 p.m. Hole sponsorship is a $125 donation. The sixth annual Junior League of Augusta Golf Tournament will be held Oct. 22 at Jones Creek Golf Club. The cost is $500 per foursome, and all proceeds will support the Junior League's children's health initiatives and other community projects. Bartram Trail Golf Club will be holding beginner, advanced and workout clinics for children ages 6-14.
