One sought in sex misconduct case

//

Police arrested three men last week they say were involved in sexual misconduct. A fourth man was still being sought.

A warrant was issued for Tyler William Davitte, 22, of the 4600 block of Cutter Mill Road in Martinez, Columbia County sheriff's Capt. Steve Morris said.

Police received information on Sept. 20 about underage drinking, drug activity and sex crimes at a Martinez home. Throughout the week, investigators interviewed alleged victims and potential witnesses.

Clayton Edward Blanton and Jason Scott Turner, both 21, were arrested Thursday and charged with aggravated sexual battery. Blanton also was charged with unlawful surveillance. He is accused of recording the sexual activities of others in a private place without the consent of everyone present, Morris said.

Robert Lincoln Levy Jr., 19, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery.

All three were being held in the Columbia County Detention Center without bond, according to jail records.

The following accounts were taken from reports from The Columbia County Sheriff's Office. Additional reports are available at www. columbiacountyso.org:
