Jim Siple will hold his free summer conditioning workout for children 10 and older starting Saturday and running through the end of August. The workout is open to participants from any school and is designed to get athletes in shape for the fall season. Workouts will take place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. and on Saturdays at 10 a.m. All workouts will be at Blanchard Park in Martinez, off Belair Road at 4541 Dewey Drive. Augusta Prep will hold a volleyball camp Monday and Tuesday.
