Johnny Lee Moss, 45, of the 1800 block of Wrightsboro Road in Thomson, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 1, 2010, and was fined $1,224.

Langdon Kyle Roberts, 31, of the 1000 block of Cumberland Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 24, 2009, and was fined $810.

Harry Thomas Lusk, 53, of the 900 block of Wendover Drive Northeast in Atlanta, was charged with driving under the influence on April 7, 2010, and was fined $835.

Jose Luis Calderone, 35, of the 100 block of Whiskey Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on April 24, 2010, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and was fined $810.
