Voters must exercise right to vote in this fall's elections, or risk losing it

Recently I was sitting on my deck with a very dear friend, talking about the 2010 elections. This friend is a very successful businessman and an ex-politician. He made a statement that, the more I thought about it, the more I realized he could be very right.

He said, "If the hard-working, self-sustaining folks don't get out and vote in November and get rid of the self-serving, special-interest-serving crowd in Washington, it might be the last time we have the right to vote."

I'm asking that if you care about this country and if you aren't happy about the things going on in Washington, get out and vote. Let's take back America and elect senators and representatives who truly represent the voters who sent them to Washington. If you ignore your right to vote, then God help us all!
