Robert Michael Logan, 36, of the 5700 block of Broad Oak Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on May 17, 2009, and was fined $1,504.

Jared Daniel Balbag, 20, of the 100 block of Grove Landing Court in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 30, 2010, and was fined $835.

Dwight Durham Icenhour, 53, of the 1400 block of Lone Oak Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 25, 2009, and was fined $810.

Andrew Alexander Ison, 30, of the 300 block of West Lake Shore Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 5, 2010, and was fined $835.

James Michael Stachowiak, 19, of the 300 block of Furys Ferry Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 6, 2010, and was fined $1,224.

Carlos Matthew Palmer, 26, of the 3900 block of Creekwood Lane in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 11, 2009, and was fined $810.

Christopher Allen Canter, 22, of the 100 block of Hickory Drive South in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on May 25, 2009, and was fined $810.

Jervis Cecil Davis, 63, of the 300 block of Canterbury Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 6, 2008, and was fined $810.

Jeremy Chad Mays, 29, of the 200 block of Farmington Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 10, 2010, and was fined $1,249.

Traci Elizabeth Coward, 23, of the 400 block of Macmillian Drive in Beech Island, was charged with driving under the influence on July 27, 2009, and was fined $810.

Holly Kay Perry, 29, of the 4400 block of Peach Orchard Road in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 1, 2009, and was fined $810.

Rachel Leigh Strickland, 27, of the 3900 block of Willowood Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 20, 2010, and was fined $810.

Amanda Jane Harris, 28, of the 900 block of Cammaron Way in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on May 21, 2009, and was fined $810.

Ross Lyndon Baker, 57, of the 300 block of Oak Lake Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 9, 2010, and was fined $810.

Lawrence Fordham Hatcher, 28, of the 5200 block of White Oak Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 14, 2008, and was fined $810.
