Tovarius Lamar Middleton, 28, of the 5100 block of Saddle Circle in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 19, 2009, and was fined $810.

Chester Crawford Coker, 52, of the 500 block of Avrett Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 23, 2009, and was fined $810.

Joseph Ralph Conklin, 20, of the 200 block of Oak Lake Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 3, 2009, and was fined $835.

Leroy Jermaine Bradford, 36, of the 3200 block of Woodlake Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 22, 2009, and was fined $810.

Richard Jay Stafford Jr., 20, of the 300 block of Annie Laurel Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 16, 2009, and was fined $1,224.

Teresa Reenea Garland, 36, of the 2000 block of Magnolia Parkway in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 4, 2009, and was fined $810.

Adam Shane Beard, 24, of the 7500 block of Lakeside Drive in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 21, 2009, and was fined $835.

David James Wait, 50, of the 4500 block of Mulberry Creek Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 17, 2010, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,249.

Juan Antonio Millon-Pinzon, 23, of the 400 block of Thoroughbred Lane in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 3, 2010, and was fined $810.

Roger Wells Kennedy, 57, of the 4500 block of Caliburn Way in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 2, 2009, and was fined $810.

Amelodie Garnett Grate, 43, of the 400 block of Beverly Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 2, 2009, and was charged $810.

Langdon Kyle Roberts, 31, of the 1000 block of Cumberland Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on April 24, 2009, and was fined $810.

Tonya Alena Wall, 33, of the 100 block of Robin Wood Drive in Aiken, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 29, 2010, and was fined $810.
