The 2010 Banana Open Tennis Tournament will be held April 15-18 at Petersburg Racquet Club in Martinez. The tournament features men's and women's singles, doubles and mixed doubles in 2.5-5 divisions. The cost is $30 per person for the first event and $15 per person for subsequent events. Bike ride

The Southeastern Firefighters Burn Foundation will hold its seventh annual Best Dam Bike Ride April 18 at Clarks Hill Dam. The bicycle ride consists of 25-, 58-, 80- and 100-mile ride options, or a 15- to 20-mile trail ride on Bartram Trail. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. The ride starts at 8:30 a.m. To register early, visit Chain Reaction in Martinez or go to www.active.com and search for Best Dam Bike Ride. Golf tournament

The National Wild Turkey Federation will hold its Conservation Cup golf tournament on April 19 at Mount Vintage Plantation & Golf Club in North Augusta, S.C. Proceeds from the four-player, captain's choice golf tournament will benefit Wheelin' Sportsmen NWTF, an outreach program that provides opportunities for outdoor fun to people with disabilities. Y registration

Flag football
