Women's lunch

Stress will be the topic for speaker Susan Smith, of Lawrenceville, Ga., at the "Spring Ahead" luncheon of the Augusta Christian Women's Connection, at 11 a.m. today at Augusta Jewish Community Center in Evans. Cost is $12, with nursery provided. Call (706) 925-5316.

GHS plant sale

Greenbrier High School will hold a plant sale from 7:30-11:30 a.m. Saturday at the school's greenhouse, at the rear of the school.

Prep musical

The Augusta Prep Theater Department will present the musical Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, at the Hull Fine Arts Center, 285 Flowing Wells Road, Martinez, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with a matinee at 2 p.m. Saturday. Tickets cost $10 for students, $12 for adults, at theater@ augustaprep.org.

Performance

Savannah River Brassworks and organist Brad Cunningham will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2261 Walton Way, Augusta.

Yard sales

- Fellowship Baptist Church of Grovetown, 670 E. Robinson Ave., will hold its spring yard sale from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Proceeds will support the church's food pantry, which is open each Friday from 10 a.m. to noon.

- Harlem United Methodist Church will hold its spring bazaar 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Inside and outside spaces are available for $25. Call Karen at (706) 309-9522.

- The Realtors for Relay yard sale, with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society, will be from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Christ's Sancified Holy Church, 136 N. Belair Road.

Spring carnival

Cedar Ridge Elementary School will hold its spring carnival Saturday.
