The Get Connected-CSRA Senior/Family/Caregiver Expo will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Pineview Baptist Church on Pleasant Home Road.
The Senior Citizens Council of Greater Augusta is sponsoring the event.
"This is an opportunity for the general public to ask questions about services, obtain examples of how businesses will help with a concern or a problem and enable all of us to learn more about our local businesses or organizations related to their needs," said Nikki Johnson, marketing and fund-raising assistant with The Senior Citizens Council. "Our goal is to provide care for an elderly loved one while we care for ourselves."
Admission to the expo is free, and more than 30 exhibitors will be participating. There will also be break-out sessions on topics such as advanced directives and Social Security.
