Teresa Dorothy Zaras, 36, of the 4000 block of Braddock Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 24, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Pedro Charles Lopez, 50, of the 300 block of Whiskey Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 13, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Wilma Kell Findlay, 55, of the 3500 block of Stardust Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 24, 2009, and was fined $1,224.

Justin Noel Heath, 26, of the 600 block of East Cedar Street in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 23, 2009, and was fined $810.

Mack Edwards Jr., 32, of the 3000 block of Tallwood Way in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 13, 2009, and was fined $810.

Jean Elizabeth Taylor, 45, of the 100 block of Cook Street in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 26, 2009, and was fined $810.

Eric Lee Kennedy, 30, of the 700 block of Spaulding Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 13, 2009, and was fined $810.

Kathy Kim Phelps, 40, of the 100 block of Club Point in Anderson, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 2, 2010, and was fined $810.

James Jacob Lenartz, 27, of the 100 block of Woodcreek Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 6, 2010, and was sentenced to 18 months probation and was fined $1,249.

Michael Jeremy Logan, 28, of the 800 block of Fripp Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 9, 2010, and was sentenced to 18 months probation and was fined $810.

Jeremy Daniel McMichael, 20, of the 300 block of Colonial Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 8, 2010, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

William Cordelle Turner, 34, of the 100 block of Lariat Circle in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 31, 2009, and was fined $810.

Terrell Anthony Jones, 27, of the 7200 block of Terrace Drive in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 2, 2010, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.
