Graduates

Dean's List
Three students from Columbia County were named to the Dean's List at Brewton-Parker College of Mount Vernon, Ga., for the fall 2009 semester, announced Dr. Ron Melton, provost. Students include Matthew Corbin and Ryan Howard Shipp , both of Martinez; and Kevin Nelson, of Evans.
Merit List
Jeremy R. Brast and Michelle S. Brast, both of Grovetown, and Michael T. Maples, of Martinez, made the Merit List at Darton College in Albany for the fall 2009 semester.
ABAC degree
Amber N. Graham of Grovetown, graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in December 2009, and received a bachelor's degree in diversified agriculture.
Citadel Dean's List
Cadet Brandon Clark McCladdie, of Martinez, achieved Dean's List status at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, for the fall semester of the 2009-10 academic year. McCladdie is seeking a bachelor of science in physical education. McCladdie is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry McCladdie.
Rensselaer Polytech Dean's List
Brian G. Maleck , a junior from Martinez, whose major is civil engineering, has been named to the fall 2009 Dean's List at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
