United Methodist churches, including Mosaic United Methodist Church in Evans, are seeking donations and collecting health kits for relief in Haiti. Information is available at www.umc.org/haiti, or by calling the church at (706) 877-6468.

Family night

Monday is the deadline to register for the family dinner at the Augusta Jewish Community Center at 6 p.m. Jan. 29. Cost is $12 for adults, $8 for children ages 4-12, with a $45 family maximum. Call (706) 228-3636.

Sierra Club
