The Region 3-AAAA duals wrestling tournament was held Friday and Saturday at Lakeside High School.

Evans, which entered with only one region loss and the No. 2 seed, lost to No. 3 seed Cross Creek in the second round and dropped to the loser's bracket. The Knights placed fifth after losing to Glenn Hills by a point. Evans beat host Lakeside to open the tournament. Lakeside finished seventh, though the region recognizes only the top two places.

Hephzibah, which won a second consecutive region title, and Cross Creek qualified for state duals.
