Christopher Calvin Stephens, 22, of the 100 block of Silver Arrow Circle in Austell, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 8, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Bronis Linwood Avent Jr., 63, of the 4600 block of Walnut Hill Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 7, 2009, and was fined $810.

Laura Diane Radford, 46, of the 4800 block of Doe Run in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 3, 2009, and was fined $810.

Janis Holt Collins, 59, of the 2200 block of Ascauga Lake Road in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 5, 2009, and was fined $810.

Lori Lacey Labbe, 35, of the 400 block of Bristol Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 24, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Marylin P. Luther, 53, of the 300 block of Saddletree Lane in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 12, 2009, and was fined $810.

Ian Gregory Reese, 21, of the 4300 block of Owens Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on June 2, 2009, and was fined $810.

Jonathan Willard Cartledge, 22, of the 2500 block of Scotts Ferry Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on June 12, 2009, and was fined $810.

Glen Leon Brizius, 34, of the 500 block of Simmons Street Northwest in Atlanta, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 7, 2009, and was fined $810.

Shaun Patrick Graham, 18, of the 4400 block of Sapelo Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 19, 2009, and was fined $810.

Patric Legrande Carswell, 21, of the 300 block of Pine Bark Lane in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 8, 2009, and was fined $780.

Richard Bryant, 41, of the 800 block of Oakhaven Lane in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 3, 2009, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Raymond Michael Harod, 42, of the 100 block of Mayfield Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 6, 2009, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

David Wilson Cullipher, 41, of the 200 block of Border Drive in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 8, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Zachary Martin Unger, 19, of the 600 block of Jones Landing Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 13, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Terresa Perry Eberl, 49, of the 4000 block of Danielle Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 5, 2009, and was fined $810.

Mary Elizabeth Borders, 48, of the 5700 block of White Oak Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on March 20, 2009, and was fined $810.

Elbert Larry Fields, 52, of the 1400 block of Hephzibah-McBean Road in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 10, 2009, and was fined $1,249.

Robert Lee Murphy, 58, of the 1600 block of Pleasant Grove Road in Corinth, Ky., was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 17, 2006, and was fined $810.
