Marcus Edward Berry, 23, of the 600 block of Kimberly Place in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 23, 2009, and was fined $1,249.

Ronnie Williams, 41, of the 300 block of Applecross Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 12, 2009, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Clarence Arthur Brown Jr., 34, of the 800 block of Walden Glen Lane in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Aug. 16, 2009, and was fined $810.

James Roy Turner, 22, of the 1500 block of Highway 23 South in Waynesboro, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 11, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

James Phripp Wright, 23, of the 700 block of Jones Creek Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 20, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,224.

Andrew Earl Dyke, 26, of the 3700 block of Pine Ridge Run in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 8, 2009, and was fined $1,224.

William Roger Cooper, 41, of the 4400 block of Woodruff Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Sept. 25, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,224.
