Alzlheimer's lunch

Kathy Tuckey, program director of the Augusta Alzheimer's Association, will present a free lunch program, "Family Caregivers and Momentum in Science," at noon Tuesday at the MCG Alumni Center, 919 15th St. Reservations are required by noon Monday by calling (706) 731-9060.

Driver course

The AARP Driver Safety Program for motorists age 50 and older will be held 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Patriots Park. Tuition costs $14, and AARP membership is not required. To register, call (706) 863-2865.

Pet collections

Donations of pet supplies are being accepted at the Best Western Evans Hotel on Park West Drive during December to benefit CSRA Happy Tails Rescue. For information, go to www.csrahappytails.com.

Gift luncheon

Augusta Christian Women's Connection will hold a luncheon and gift exchange at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Augusta Jewish Community Center in Evans, with Ellen Smith of Evans as guest speaker. Cost is $12, with nursery provided. For reservations, call (706) 925-5316.

Comfort service

Stream class
