Most people likely thought Martinez theaters were county's first

Great story on the Columbia Theatre (Nov. 8). I think for so long, most folks thought of Columbia 1 and 2 (in Martinez) as the county's first theaters. I know I sure did!

All these employees and old theater lovers might want to know of the non-profit historical www.cinematreasures.org.

These folks can find the Columbia Theatre already listed on the international site. They can add stories on the Columbia Theatre site. I hope they do.
