Grovetown beat Langston Hughes for a second time this season and the inaugural Warriors team improved to 5-2.
Running back Seth Hill scored five touchdowns and rushed for 212 yards as Grovetown swept its two-game season series with Langston Hughes.
Hill scored on runs of 65, 28, 21, 11 and 3 yards. Grovetown won the first meeting with the Atlanta area school 35-20.
Heathwood Hall 27, Aug. Christian 20
In Columbia, S.C., Heathwood Hall rallied past Augusta Christian behind a big night by quarterback Mack Whalen.
Whalen threw for 230 yards and four touchdowns to bring Heathwood Hall back from a 17-6 deficit.
Christian Croft kicked field goals of 42 and 24 yards for Augusta Christian. Sean Sweeting and Cole Turner rushed for Lions' touchdowns during the first half.
Evans 45, Butler 7
Troy Griffith and Jonathan Finch again powered Evans' offense as it handed Butler its 36th consecutive defeat.
Griffith completed 5 of 8 passes for 116 yards and two scores and also had a rushing touchdown in the Region 3-AAAA game.
Finch rushed for 158 yards, including a 63-yard TD run.
Butler scored its touchdown on B.J. Williams' 40-yard fumble return.
Rich. Academy 34, Harlem 0
The Bulldogs fell to 0-5 after a home loss to the Musketeers.
ARC quarterback Mar-Quon Medlock and running back Jerrel Anderson each accounted for three touchdowns. Medlock threw for 153 yards and three touchdowns, while Anderson rushed for 154 yards -- 146 in the first half. Harlem quarterback Zach Morris had 76 of the Bulldogs' 137 rushing yards.
