The Augusta Junior Rowing Team is accepting members. Practices are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4-6:30 p.m. at The Boathouse on Riverfront Drive in Augusta. The team is open to ages 13-18. For information, visit www.augustatowingclub.org.
Homeschool baseball
The CSRA Crusaders home school baseball program will hold a meeting Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. for anyone interested in participating. The meeting will be held at Best 9 Sports Academy. Golf tournaments
Greenbrier High School boys and girls golf teams will play host to a golf tournament Nov. 14 at 1:30 p.m. at Bartram Trail Golf Club. The Gymnastics Gold Booster Club is playing host to its inaugural golf tournament Saturday at 1 p.m. at Gordon Lakes Golf Course.
