OK, I am going to say it. U.S. Rep. Joe Wilson is the most lamentable sack of excrement that I have observed in the United States House of Representatives.
"Liar," eh? During the ruinous eight years that the Republican Party held all three branches of the federal government, Wilson was consistent in his abandonment of the stated principles of his party, ideals that he campaigned for, and those that we conservatives hold dear. He, and those "Republicans" like him are why the equally detestable Barack Obama, Barney Frank, Rahm Emanuel, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Charles Rangel and company now threaten the very existence of the U.S.A.
Wilson, Nathan Deal, and our Georgia GOP delegation - the entire lot of them except for the late Charlie Norwood - cranked up fiscal profligacy and erosion of our constitutional rights, then turned their mad approach to government over to the Obama crowd.
If you are afraid of Obama -you have reason to be - it is because Wilson, Deal and the GOP Congress gave the president of the United States the powers he is wielding. He and every one of his kind are totally anathema to real conservatives like me, and we need to throw him and his lying GOP buddies, the ones who survived the last two elections, out of Congress.
Contrary to what some local politicians will tell you, we don't need the Washington, D.C., plague brought to our gold dome in the form of Deal as governor, either. "Truthful" and "Joe Wilson" don't belong in the same sentence. That the ethically-tainted Deal is defending Wilson is no surprise, but I can scarcely believe my eyes and ears as my "fellow conservatives" fall all over themselves to lionize this wretched creep.
"You lie" is a miserable rallying cry for conservatives, and if any of you use it, you have the same cognitive, analytical, and truth-detecting skills of an ACORN member who voted for Obama for his skin color. (Not to mention Deal.)
Don't fall for the Joe-Wilson-is-a-hero malarkey, and don't be sending this writer any messages saying so, for if you do you have identified yourself as a certified idiot in my eyes. Thanks in advance for not befouling my mailbox. The flood of money-begging letters from endangered Republican incumbents is already overflowing my garbage can.
