I have had a severe problem with rainwater runoff, and recently contacted the county for help. When I called Columbia County's 3-1-1 Call Center, I was treated with utmost courtesy.

My call was connected with Soil Erosion, and within a couple of days, a soil specialist, along with an engineer, visited my home and made a determination as to the course of action to pursue.

The problem was then assigned to Roads and Bridges, and a team of employees, supervised by Tim Neely, made a timely visit and alleviated the problem.

Every employee with whom I came in contact demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a desire to solve the problem. Hats off to Columbia County!
