The Marshall Family Y is holding registration for flag football and cheerleading through Sept. 15. The programs are open to boys and girls ages 5-14. Golf tournaments

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta will hold its annual Golf Ball and Tournament starting Sept. 13. The ball will be held Sept. 13 from 6-9 p.m. at the Marriott hotel in downtown Augusta. Rowing club

The Augusta Junior Rowing Team is accepting members. No experience is necessary and potential members can participate for two weeks before deciding whether to join. Practices are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4-6:30 p.m. at The Boathouse on Riverfront Drive in Augusta. The team is open to ages 13-18.
