To qualify, candidates must submit a written application and $108 application fee between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. any day this week at City Hall at 103 Old Wrightsboro Road.

Candidates must have resided in the city for at least a year, be a registered voter and be at least 25 years old before the election.

Voters in the election must live inside the city and be a registered voter. Voter registration ends at 5 p.m. Oct. 5.
