Lisa Renee Gepfert, 40, of the 4600 block of B. Renee Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence April 26, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Eddie Gene Whaley, 60, of the 800 block of Rolling Brook Lane in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence June 1, 2009, and was fined $810.

Amy Samantha Welch, 31, of the 6100 block of Otis Way in Harlem, was charged with driving under the influence April 1, 2009, and was fined $810.

Robert Henry Lewkowicz, 68, of the 1000 block of Conn Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence May 7, 2009, and was fined $810.

Juan Randall Suarez, 22, of the 100 block of Riscroser Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence June 21, 2009, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Kevin Doyle Johnson, 24, of Bath, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence April 10, 2009, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.
