Randall Steve Montgomery, 55, of the 1900 block of Roberson Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 19, 2009, and was sentenced to 71 days in jail.

Rigoberto Ovalle-Reyes, 28, of the 28000 block of U.S. Highway 27 in Eustis, Fla., was charged with driving under the influence on April 11, 2009, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Jonathan Daniel Dunagan, 27, of the 3900 block of Old Trail Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 22, 2009, and was fined $1,224.

Donald William Brady, 48, of the 100 block of Alpine Avenue in North Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 28, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Charles Dent, 58, of the 600 block of Gibbs Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 26, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

David Gibson, 38, of the 3200 block of Amanda Circle in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 22, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,224.

Joshua Wayne Hinnant, 30, of Washington Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 7, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Glenn Clayton Hurley, 22, of the 100 block of West Lynne Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 14, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,249.

Nathan Darrell Kersey, 62, of the 500 block of Martin Lane in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Oct. 30, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Shawn Robert Maw, 22, of the 400 block of Cambridge Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 8, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Malinda Diane Shaw, 36, of Bath, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on March 12, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Cardelle Rodricke Burns, 24, of the 2300 block of Fitten Street in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on May 24, 2009, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Esther Belinda Corral, 52, of the 4600 block of Oxford Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 2, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,504.

Mark Allen Coburn Jr., 20, of the 200 block of Stevens Creek Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on May 6, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.
