Jose Luis Ruiz Ubando, 36, of the 100 block of Bird Lane in Ellerbe, N.C., was charged with driving under the influence on March 13, 2009, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Adrian Jose Romero, 21, of the 300 block of Oakleaf Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 24, 2009, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Charles Quentin Weeks, 25, of the 1900 block of Gay Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 10, 2009, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Stephan James Kloman, 52, of the 5000 block of Farmstone Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 27, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Charity Suzanne Blue, 27, of the 300 block of Applecross Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on April 17, 2008, and was fined $810.

Joseph Nelson Hervias, 23, of the 4000 block of Melrose Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on June 28, 2008, and was fined $810.

Roy Dexter Berry Jr., 50, of the 2500 block of Walsh Court in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 18, 2009, and was fined $810.

George Moore Champion III, 50, of the 2200 block of Woodbluff Way in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 23, 2009, and was fined $810.

Samuel Lee Roberts, 35, of the 100 block of Crompton Drive, in Pelzer, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on March 9, 2009, and was fined $810.

Richard Kenneth Cardullo, 41, of the 4400 block of Dogwood Way in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 8, 2009, and was fined $810.

Henry Lee Chance, 36, of the 2300 block of Young Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 10, 2009, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,224.

Keith Alan Schlachter, 38, of the 200 block of Ashley Circle in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 16, 2009, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Mary Alisa Henson, 46, of the 4500 block of Cox Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 22, 2009, and was fined $810.
