Local baseball players perform well at four-year colleges

Posted: Wednesday, May 13, 2009

We are blessed in Columbia County to have so much baseball talent. In recent years, the county has produced an amazing number of college players -- so many that it is tough to keep our readers updated on how our athletes are playing.

Rather than focus on one or two players today, I decided to run through the season's statistics for several area players. I will start with the players at four-year schools, and follow up soon with the junior-college players.

If you have any information on a player not included, feel free to send it to me.
