Adoption showcase

Heartsong will be at PetSmart for adoptions from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Heartsong holds vaccination clinics each third Saturday at SuperPetz. Rabies vaccinations will be offered from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 16, in conjunction with Wags N Flags; rabies shots will cost $5. Regular vaccinations and tests also will be available. Another rabies clinic at Heartsong will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 23, for $5.

Heartsong Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in Martinez that relies on donations and works in 10 counties. Animals are current on their vaccinations and spayed or neutered.
