RV and boat show
The inaugural CSRA RV and Boat Show will be from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 2, at Wildwood Park in Appling, with boat and recreational vehicle displays and other outdoor recreation vendors, crafts and food. The GA-SC Bulls Soccer Club, along with the Columbia County Recreation Department, will offer a Bulls Junior Soccer Academy for ages 5-7 at Blanchard Woods Park on April 15. It costs $65 a player.

The 2009 Banana Open Tennis Tournament will be April 16-19 at Petersburg Racquet Club. The tournament features men's and women's singles, doubles and mixed doubles in 2.5-5.0 divisions.
It costs $30 a person for one event and $15 a person for a second event. The tournament is sanctioned by the USTA, and registration is handled online.
