Christopher Lee Harper, 37, of the 500 block of Stirling Bridge Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 1, 2009, and was fined $1,224.

Christina Helen McKinney, 37, of Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 13, 2008, and was fined $1,224.

James Richard Grates, 25, of the 1100 block of Lakeview Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 25, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.
