Dedric Bartholome Badua, 38, of the 700 block of Low Meadow Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 12, 2008, and was fined $810.

Catina Maria Kelly, 34, of the 500 block of Fairfield Way in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 16, 2008, sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $810.

Wallace Fitzgerald Gibson, 39, of the 500 block of Boy Scout Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 15, 2009, and sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,249.

Michael Scott McQuaig Jr., 26, of the 1400 block of Brinkley Drive N.E. in Thomson, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 15, 2008, and was fined $810.

Marco Antonio Cruz-Gonzalez, 31, of the 500 block of Thoroughbred Lane in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 22, 2008, and was fined $810.

Dorothy Regina Swann, 47, of the 160 block of S. Old Belair Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 29, 2008, and was fined $810.

Willie Lee Cummings, 44, of the 7200 block of Terrace Drive in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 28, 2008, and was fined $810.

Michael Eddie Bowers, 22, of the 200 block of Hot Springs Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 24, 2008, and was fined $810.

Alan Wayne Crook, 36, of the 2700 block of McLeroy Drive in Thomson, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 27, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,224.
