The Augusta Baseball Umpires Association is recruiting umpires for the 2009 high school season. Umpiring experience and baseball knowledge are pluses. Classroom and field training will be provided. - The GA-SC Bulls Soccer Club, along with the Columbia County Recreation Department, will offer a Bulls Junior Soccer Academy for ages 5-7 at Blanchard Woods Park. The academy will be offered in two sessions, with each lasting six weeks. Session I begins Feb. 4. Session II starts April 15. Cost is $65 per player for one term or $120 for both. Softball players wanted
