Writers will meet

Alzheimer's lunch

A free MCG Alzheimer's lunch program with Dr. Suzanne Smith, the director of the Memory Disorder Clinic at MCG, will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the MCG Alumni Center at 919 15th St. For reservations, call Kathy Tuckey at (706) 731-9060 by noon Monday.

Signing class

The Columbia County Extension Service Gardening at Lunch series continues at 12:10 p.m. Jan. 14 with a session on trees.
