Library sponsors holiday craft class

Teens are invited to join in the merriment of the Christmas season Dec. 14 at the Columbia County Library.

The Make-Your-Own Christmas and Holiday Crafts program is open to youths age 12-18, Young Adult Librarian Christy Taylor-Pruitt said.

"We have a local woman who does scrapbooking, and arts and crafts, and she donates her time to the library, and we pay for supplies," Taylor-Pruitt said.

Trina Moffitt will run the class at 3 p.m.

Registration is limited to the first 25 participants, with registration open through the day of the program.

"They can come and bring their own photos or scrapbooks or nothing at all and we will have supplies for them," Taylor-Pruitt said.
