Krestein Trammell, 53, of the 100 block of Walton Drive in Hephzibah, was charged with driving under influence Aug. 15 and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,224.

Chong Cha Song, 51, of the 600 block of Mickelson Way in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 19 and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $1,249.

Joseph Alan Patch, 48, of the 4400 block of Wrightsboro Road in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence Sept. 19 and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Richard John Roche, 45, of the 500 block of Henderson Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 5, 2005, and was fined $810.

Wayne Anchors Smith Jr., 31, of the 4000 block of Keene Street in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 9 and was sentenced to 24 months probation and was fined $1,299.

Alan Wade Appleby, 46, of the 100 block of Morgan Ware Road in Clarks Hill, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence July 1 and was sentenced to 24 months probation and was fined $1,504.

Kellie Denise Hathorn, 23, of the 2700 block of Leathersville Road in Lincolnton, was charged with driving under the influence May 30 and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $885.

Elizabeth Ray Colclasure, 23, of the 2300 block of Sumac Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 10 and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $885.

Lauren Michelle Adcock, 27, of the 300 block of Joshua Tree Lane in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 9 and was fined $810.

Joseph L. Landa, 49, of the 4600 block of Peavine Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 18 and was fined $810.

Robert Gastiaburo, 37, of the 300 block of Fair Oaks Court in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 25 and was fined $810.

Kathi Cantey Lett, 50, of the 300 block of East Wynngate Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 21 and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Robert Julian King, 27, of the 300 block of Sugarcreek Drive in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence July 13 and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Eleuterio Aguilar-Hernandez, 25, of the 4300 block of Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 13, 2007, and was fined $1,100.

Claro Yanez Flores, 35, of the 6700 block of Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence March 22 and was fined $1,100.

Cody Jacob Johnson, 22, of the 300 block of Craig Street in Blythe, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 31 and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Charles Hubbard Hadaway, 30, of the 700 block of Hammond Drive in Gibson, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 11, 2003, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $461.

William Alexander Edwards, 29, of the 2300 block of New Moon Court in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 2 and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
