Wildwood fest

The inaugural Sportsman's Festival will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Wildwood Park. Spaces for cooks in the wild game cook-off, with prizes from $200 to $500, are available, and vendor spaces also are available. Spaghetti supper

The annual Columbia County Cares spaghetti supper will be held 4:30- 7:30 p.m. at Marvin United Methodist Church on Belair at Wheeler roads. Tickets cost $5, or $20 for a family of four or more. Call (706) 541-2834.

School raffle

The Stevens Creek Elementary School PTO is holding a fundraising raffle for a golf car, a $1,000 savings bond and pearl jewelry from Windsor Jewelers. Tickets cost $5 or five for $20, and are available until Thursday at the school, at Tudor's Cleaners on Furys Ferry Road and Shear Southern on Furys Ferry Road. The drawing will be held Friday. Turkey shoot

St. Teresa events

St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, on Columbia Road, is holding events to mark the parish's 40th anniversary. A Mass and dinner will be at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, a talent show and roast of the pastor will be at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 4, and a fall carnival will be 2-9 p.m. on Oct. 11. Animal blessing
