County needs services for citizens, not government buildings
I recently received my quarterly stormwater tax bill for $3.82 along with the county newsletter. I wonder how efficient it is to send out a $3.82 bill? Why doesn't the county just add it to the tax bill and be done with it? Tim Grooms, Martinez
