Flag football referees needed

Fall baseball

- Pride Baseball will hold its first Pride Baseball Classic Tournament at Patriots Park Sept. 19-21 for ages 8-under to 16-under. For information, call Adrian McCladdie at (706) 288-8511 or e-mail prideathletics00@yahoo.com.

- The newly formed CSRA Youth Baseball League is a fall competitive youth baseball league. The league is for players ages 7-18. Each team will play on Tuesdays and Thursdays from mid-September until early November. Full teams can enter or individuals can be placed on a team from their area. Rowing classes

Fishing tourney

Volunteers, boaters and donations are being sought for the second annual Take Our troops Fishing event, to be held Oct. 25-26 at Wildwood Park in Appling. The event is sponsored by the Columbia County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Community Military and Veterans Affairs Committee. Tour de Mistletoe
