The newly formed CSRA Youth Baseball League is a fall competitive youth baseball league. The league is for players ages 7-18. Each team will play on Tuesdays and Thursdays from mid-September until early November. Full teams can enter or individuals can be placed on a team from their area. An organizational meeting will be held at 2 p.m. today at Citizens Park in Aiken. Any coaches or others who want to help with the organization are encouraged to attend. The Augusta City Junior Championship will be held Aug 9-10 at Forest Hills Golf Club. The 36-hole medal play tournament, which will have both boys and girls divisions, is limited to the first 90 entries ages 10-18. Ages 10-11 will play nine holes each day.
