Tammy Melissa Odom, 34, of the 400 block of Railroad Avenue in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on April 2, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Kristopher Keith Jolly, 19, of the 5100 block of Saddle Circle in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on April 8, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Michele Clark Marshall, 39, of the 300 block of Farmington Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on August 19, 2006, and was fined $1,224.

James Jackson Self, 58, of the 1200 block of Brown Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 9, 2008, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Joseph Lamar Henderson, 50, of the 3900 block of Maddox Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 2, 2008, and was fined $1,224.

Guy Richard Blalock, 51, of the 5000 block of Prior Drive in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on April 4, 2008, and was fined $1,224.

Brandon Kyle Banks, 26, of the 2400 block of McCormick Road in Lincolnton, was charged with driving under the influence on May 16, 2008, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

James Michael Stachowiak, 17, of the 300 block of Furys Ferry Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on April 13, 2008, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Meaghan Maureen Smith, 19, of the 500 block of Brandermill Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 10, 2007, and was fined $810.

Alejandro Estrada-Jacobo, 21, of the 100 block of Stoneybrooks Place in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on April 14, 2008, and was fined $810.

Eric William Lewis, 20, of the 200 block of Brooks Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on April 10, 2008, and was fined $810.

Susan Eileen Patty, 40, of the 2600 block of Castlewood Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 3, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Patrick Arthur Colligan, 49, of the 100 block of Woodcreek Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 22, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $835.

Melissa Lynn Baxley, 33, of the 4100 block of Old Petersburg Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on April 22, 2008, and was sentenced to 18 months probation and was fined $810.

Elizabeth Bryan Gleason, 21, of the 900 block of Mitchell Lane in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 18, 2008, and was fined $810.

Katherine Adele Bartley, 61, of the 4700 block of Brookwood Lane in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on April 22, 2008, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Daniel Matthew Barry, 30, of the 200 block of Fairlane Drive in North Augusta, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on April 25, 2008, and was sentenced to 24 months probation and fined $810.

Frank Bruno Pileggi, 24, of the 2300 block of Louisville Road in Appling, was charged with driving under the influence on April 29, 2008, and was sentenced to 18 months probation and was fined $835.
