Barbara Annette Means, 38, of the 4100 block of Birchtree Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 15, and was fined $860.

Angelina Rose Espinoza, 20, of the 1500 block of South Atlantic Drive in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 23 and was fined $810.

Timothy Lee Thompson, 25, of the 4000 block of McDaniel Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on March 8, and was fined $810.

Tabatha Jane Newman, 27, of the 1600 block of Powell Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on March 23, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Agustin Tepisquele Acagua, 37, of the 2100 block of Lumpkin Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on April 1, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Jose Carmen Hernandez-Herrera, 23, of the 300 block of Sixth Avenue in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on April 13, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Janet Victoria Soto-Cruz, 21, of the 3400 block of Pennacle Court in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on April 14, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Richard Samuel Odom, 28, of the 3400 block of Lewis Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on March 17, and was sentenced to 24 months probation and was fined $1,249.
