Busy Evans intersection's lone turn arrow leaves commuters 'trapped'

I would like to express my grave disappointment in the planning of traffic signals in Evans. In particular, I am appalled at the new signals at the intersection of North Belair, Furys Ferry and Mullikin roads.

What rocket scientist was responsible for putting a left-turn arrow in only one direction? The other lights were replaced, but curiously absent of left-turn arrows. The residents in the numerous neighborhoods located on Mullikin Road are trapped in the mornings. A 15-minute commute becomes 45.

As we taxpayers sit idly in traffic trying to get to work in order to pay the outrageous property taxes levied upon us as citizens of this county, traffic flows in only one direction - dare I say not in the direction of the offices responsible for this type of error.
