Barry Alan Morrison Jr., 22, of the 4000 block of Melrose Drive in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 23, 2007, and was fined $810.

Gregory Glenn Clary, 19, of the 1800 block of Ohio Ave. in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 18, 2007, and was fined $810.

Emily Heather Lamp, 31, of the 3900 block of Casa Rosa Ave. in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Nov. 8, 2007, and was fined $860.

Kathlene Marie Ritchie, 44, of the 200 block of Legion Lake Road in Woodstock, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on July 5, 2007, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Lee Otis Walden, 54, of the 4000 block of David Drive in Forest Park, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 2, 2007, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $169.

Philip M. Spencer, 44, of the 3200 block of Alpine Road in Augusta, was charged with driving under the influence on Dec. 31, 2007, and was sentenced to 24 months probation and was fined $810.

John Martin Olson, 48, of the 4400 block of Rolling Hills Road in Culpeper, Va., was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 1, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Dario Garcia-Naranjo, 22, of the 500 block of CDP Industrial Blvd. in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on Jan. 27, 2008, and was fined $810.

John Robert Sorrells, 60, of the 4200 block of Dunwoody Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 23, 2008, and was fined $810.

Eric Nathaniel Baker, 21, of the 1000 block of Hardy Lake Road in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 12, 2008, and was sentenced to 12 months probation and was fined $810.

Michele Dee Dillard, 42, of the 4600 block of Clifden Ave. in Grovetown, was charged with driving under the influence on March 4, 2008, and was fined $810.

Rogelio Mario Martines, 34, of the 3900 block of Haley Road in Martinez, was charged with driving under the influence on June 26, 2006, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.

Kenneth Steven Johnson, 43, of the 2500 block of Grier Circle in Evans, was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 26, 2008, and was sentenced to 24 months probation and was fined $1,224.

Timothy Daniel Adams, 43, of the 100 block of Price Mill Road in Parksville, S.C., was charged with driving under the influence on March 11, 2008, and was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Donald Shane Gobin, 47, of the 1300 block of Davis Circle in Boneville, Ga., was charged with driving under the influence on July 28, 2003, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail.
